Required Tele Sales Executive
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and listening skills with the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and persuade them to take action. Sales Ability: Strong sales skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals effectively. Customer Focused: Ability to understand customer needs, respond to inquiries promptly, and provide high levels of service. Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets. Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly on your feet and provide creative solutions to customer problems. Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple leads simultaneously. CRM & Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite). Persistence: Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation while reaching out to prospects. Team Player: Ability to work well with others, contributing to team goals and collaborating with different departments.
