Job Description
Job Title: Tele sales Executive
Job Location: Visakhapatnam
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products or services.
Follow up on leads and inquiries, generating new sales opportunities.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service.
Understand customer needs and match them with the right products or services.
Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
Sales Targets:
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, aiming to exceed KPIs.
Record Keeping:
Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, sales, and feedback in CRM software or other systems.
Update customer profiles and contact information regularly.
Follow-up:
Schedule follow-up calls or meetings as needed to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Resolve any customer complaints or queries in a timely and professional manner.
Product Knowledge:
Continuously improve product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and selling points to customers.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry changes.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other sales team members to achieve common goals and improve overall team performance.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
Skills and Qualifications:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and effectively articulate product features.
Sales Skills: Proven sales experience, preferably in telesales, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
Problem-Solving: Ability to handle objections, resolve issues, and find the best solutions for customers.
Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Comfortable using CRM systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Education & Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is generally required; a degree or relevant certification is a plus.
Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
