Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to pitch products/services to potential clients.
● Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
● Follow up on leads and guide them through the sales process.
● Maintain accurate client records in the CRM.
● Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
● Resolve client queries and build long-term relationships.
● Coordinate with marketing and operations for smooth client onboarding.
● Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
Requirements:
● 0–1 years of experience in tele sales or client servicing.
● Strong communication and persuasion skills.
● Client-focused approach and emotional intelligence.
● Good organizational and time management skills.
● CRM experience is a plus.
● Fluent in English and Hindi; other languages are a bonus.
● Graduate in any discipline.

Communication Skills:
