Key Responsibilities

Lead Conversion: Call potential leads who have expressed interest in our Data Science course via web forms, ads, or social media. Understand their requirements, clarify doubts, and convert them into enrolled students.

Product Pitching: Clearly communicate the value proposition of our Data Science course, including curriculum highlights, career outcomes, mentorship, and certification. Tailor your pitch to the needs and background of each prospect.

Relationship Building: Develop a strong rapport with prospects through effective communication, empathy, and active listening. Understand their motivations, career goals, and challenges.

Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, and email. Keep them engaged throughout their decision-making process.

Sales Targets: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Demonstrate a high level of performance and accountability.

CRM Management: Update and manage all lead and sales information accurately in the CRM system. Ensure data hygiene and track sales metrics regularly.

Market Feedback: Gather insights from prospects on competitors, market trends, and user expectations. Provide feedback to marketing and product teams.
