Job Description
We are looking for a persuasive and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage customer prospects through outbound calls. The ideal candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads database.

Explain the company’s products or services and answer potential questions.

Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently address customer needs.

Convert leads into sales by effectively handling objections and closing deals.

Record all customer interactions and transactions in CRM software.

Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, or messages to increase sales conversion.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Collaborate with team members to improve performance and achieve sales goals.

Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer trends and challenges.

Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to persuade and influence others.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Familiarity with CRM systems and telephone systems.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).

Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
