Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calls:

Make outbound calls to potential customers based on leads provided or sourced independently.

Present company products or services over the phone in a clear, persuasive manner.

Follow a structured script or develop a customized pitch tailored to the customer’s needs.
2. Lead Qualification and Conversion:

Identify and qualify prospective clients by understanding their requirements and budget.

Convert qualified leads into actual sales by addressing customer objections and explaining the value proposition.

Maintain a high conversion rate by consistently following up with interested leads.
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers through regular follow-ups.

Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve minor complaints.

Promote customer loyalty through a professional and helpful attitude.
4. Database and Record Management:

Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer details using CRM or other sales management software.

Update the status of leads, conversations, and sales pipeline on a daily basis.

Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies and regulations.
5. Meeting Sales Targets:

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance benchmarks.

6. Market Awareness and Product Knowledge:
