Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

Call potential customers from provided databases, marketing leads, or referrals.

Introduce and explain financial products and services tailored to customer needs.

Generate interest and qualify leads by understanding the customer’s financial goals, eligibility, and preferences.

Schedule follow-up calls and maintain contact with prospects for conversion.
2. Product Promotion & Sales Conversion

Promote financial products such as personal loans, home loans, credit cards, insurance policies, investment plans, and more.

Highlight product benefits, features, and unique selling points to potential customers.

Resolve objections and concerns with confidence, aiming to convert inquiries into confirmed sales.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

Build trust and rapport with customers to ensure a positive buying experience.

Provide clear and transparent information regarding eligibility criteria, interest rates, premiums, documentation, and repayment schedules.

Guide customers through the entire application process, from initial inquiry to submission of documents.
4. Documentation & Reporting

Accurately document customer details, interaction summaries, and feedback in CRM or sales systems.

Ensure completeness of documentation for each sale as per regulatory and internal compliance requirements.

Maintain call logs, sales records, and performance data for review and analysis.
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance

Adhere strictly to company guidelines, RBI/IRDA regulations, and data privacy laws during customer interactions.

Avoid mis-selling and ensure that all product recommendations are suitable for the customer.

Participate in periodic training and assessments to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, compliance standards, and selling skills.
