Job Description
Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele-Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and a strong passion for sales. This role involves making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales over the phone.
As a Tele-Sales Executive, you will be the voice of the company, responsible for building relationships, generating leads, and driving revenue growth through effective telephonic communication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads list.

Identify potential prospects, qualify leads, and generate interest in the company’s products or services.

Understand customer needs and tailor conversations to offer personalized solutions.

Schedule follow-up calls and maintain engagement with prospects to convert them into active customers.
2. Sales & Target Achievement

Promote company products and services effectively, highlighting features, benefits, and offers.

Handle customer inquiries, answer questions, and provide complete product/service information.

Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.

Persuade potential customers to purchase products/services while maintaining professionalism and transparency.
3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Address customer objections or concerns confidently and provide suitable solutions.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by offering a personalized and positive experience.

Record and track customer interactions, ensuring effective follow-ups and timely responses.
4. Reporting & Coordination

Maintain an accurate database of calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status, conversions, and performance metrics.

Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to share insights and feedback from customer conversations.

Stay updated with product details, offers, and pricing to provide accurate information to customers.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills

Familiarity with CRM tools, lead management systems, and basic reporting software.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry operations.

Ability to work with telecalling software or predictive dialers if required.
Soft Skills

Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English, Hindi, and/or local languages.

Persuasive Selling Ability: Strong convincing skills to handle different customer profiles.

Educational Qualifications

Required Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass.

Preferred Qualification: Graduate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

Additional training in customer service, sales, or communication skills is an added advantage.
