Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating sales leads, closing sales deals over the phone, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

Handle inbound queries and convert them into sales opportunities.

Understand customer requirements and provide relevant solutions.

Maintain records of calls and sales in CRM software.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Follow up on leads and conduct regular follow-ups to increase conversion rates.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints.

Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated.

Good negotiation skills and the ability to handle rejections.

Basic knowledge of CRM systems and telephone etiquette.

Ability to learn about products/services and explain them to prospects.
