Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Location: Vidyavihar

Age: Upto 30 years

Qualification: HSE

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales, preferably in life insurance or investment products

Responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management:

 Create and enforce plans to meet the needs of customers.

 Maintain strong relationships with customers to maximize the value of those relationships.

2. Needs Assessment:

 Understand the requirements and needs of customers.

 Identify effective ways to address customer needs.

3. Sales Targets:

 Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.

4. Team Collaboration:

 Work well with others and demonstrate strong teamwork skills.

5. Self-Motivation:

 Must be self-motivated and flexible.

 Ability to manage several tasks concurrently.

6. Problem-Solving:

 Demonstrate a problem-solving attitude
