Tele Sales Executive
Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining property offerings, generating leads, and setting up appointments for site visits.
Key Responsibilities:-
Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.

Explain project details, property features, and investment benefits clearly and effectively.

Understand customer needs and offer suitable property options.

Schedule and confirm site visits and meetings for the sales team.

Maintain a database of customer information and update status regularly (Interested, Not Interested, Follow-up, etc.).

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and lead generation goals.

Handle customer queries and follow up with potential clients until closure.

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support overall sales objectives.

Provide excellent after-call service to build client relationships.

0–2 years of experience in telesales, preferably in real estate, insurance, or related sectors.

Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English both preferred).

Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word).

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn about the real estate market.

Minimum: 12th Pass

Preferred: Graduation (any stream)
