Job Description
Introduction
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our Personal Loan Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling, lead generation, and converting potential customers into clients by promoting personal loan products. This role is best suited for candidates with excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation

Make 200 to 250 outbound calls daily to prospective customers from the provided data.

Introduce personal loan products and explain their features and benefits clearly.

Identify potential customers and generate high-quality leads for the sales pipeline.

Maintain a strong follow-up with interested customers to increase conversion rates.
2. Customer Interaction & Relationship Building

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate loan solutions.

Address customer queries regarding interest rates, eligibility, repayment options, and documentation.

Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
3. Sales Conversion & Target Achievement

Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Persuade customers to choose our loan products by highlighting benefits and competitive features.

Collaborate with the sales team and managers to improve strategies for higher conversions.
4. Product Knowledge & Banking Awareness

Stay updated on personal loan products, eligibility criteria, and banking policies.

Understand cross-selling opportunities for credit cards, insurance, and other banking products.

Keep track of industry trends to provide better solutions to customers.
5. Reporting & Documentation

Update customer details and call status in the CRM system.

Submit daily call reports and conversion updates to the team leader.

Ensure accurate documentation of customer information as per compliance standards.
Required Skills & Competencies

Communication Skills – Excellent verbal skills in English and local language.

Convincing Ability – Persuasive and confident in handling objections.

Banking Product Knowledge – Awareness of personal loan policies, eligibility criteria, and EMI structures.

Sales Orientation – Target-driven and motivated to achieve high conversions.

Time Management – Ability to handle 200–250 calls per day efficiently.

Basic Computer Skills – Familiarity with MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
