Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and bold English speaking Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will engage with qualified leads, nurture relationships, and convert them into loyal customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, computer operating skills and a strong understanding of our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Engage with inbound and outbound leads provided by the marketing team and convert them into paying customers.
- Schedule Demo: You need to communicate with prospective customers and arrange online demo
- Client Communication: Conduct calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand client needs and pitch suitable solutions.
- Follow-ups: Execute timely follow-ups and use multiple touchpoints to maintain engagement and increase conversion.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest offerings, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and insights on lead status, conversion metrics, and client feedback to the Sales Manager.
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of School Industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language if applicable).
- Strong persuasion abilities.
