Job Description
Job Summary:
The Tele Sales Executive (Inbound) is responsible for handling incoming customer calls related to financial and insurance products such as business loans, home loans, loans against property, insurance policies, and credit cards. The executive will engage with Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) customers to understand their product requirements, promote relevant financial products, generate sales leads, and schedule appointments or facilitate documentation as needed.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and knowledge of financial products to convert inquiries into successful sales and appointments.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive and manage inbound calls from SME customers interested in financial and insurance products.

Understand customer requirements and provide detailed information about products such as business loans, home loans, loan against property, insurance policies, and credit cards.

Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and application processes clearly to customers.

Identify customer needs through effective questioning and recommend appropriate products.

Generate and qualify leads by booking appointments for relationship managers or loan officers.

Assist customers in completing initial documentation or application forms over the phone.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, product inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Follow up on pending applications and appointments to ensure timely processing.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Stay updated on the latest product features, regulatory guidelines, and market trends.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve scripts, pitches, and customer engagement strategies.

Handle customer objections and queries professionally, striving for first-call resolution.

Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
