Qualification- HSC TO GRADUATE.
AGE- 18 to 40 age.
Experience- fresher to Experience in loan back ground.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell the company’s products or services.

Engage with customers, understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by closing sales over the phone.

Inbound Sales and Customer Inquiries:

Respond to inbound calls from customers, answering questions, providing information about products, and handling customer queries.

Convert inquiries into sales by recommending suitable products or services based on the customer's needs.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and qualify potential leads using various databases, cold calling, and follow-up calls.

Create and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers for future sales opportunities.

Follow up on previous sales leads to nurture and convert them into sales.

Sales Presentations and Product Demonstrations:

Provide product information, explain features and benefits, and answer questions over the phone.

Highlight promotions, discounts, and offers to motivate customers to purchase.

Customize the sales pitch based on customer profiles to increase conversion rates.

Negotiation and Closing Sales:

Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and other aspects of the sale while ensuring a win-win solution for both the customer and the company.

Close deals over the phone and finalize orders.

Overcome objections and handle rejections in a professional manner.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure repeat business.

Address any concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure customer expectations are met.

Reporting and Documentation:

Update and maintain customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.

Track sales progress, document conversations, and record lead status.

Prepare regular reports on sales achievements, target progress, and potential future leads.

Product Knowledge and Training:

Stay updated on the company’s products or services, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively sell and answer customer questions.

Participate in ongoing training programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Collaboration with Other Teams:

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure sales and promotional campaigns are effectively communicated to potential customers.
