Job Description

  • Making telecalls to understand whether there is requirement for particular product/services of our clients

  • Would need to identify prospects from the database to pass to the sales team

  • Undertaking first/second level of research towards successful call results

  • Work on B2B campaigns in the health and personal care products sector

  • Generate leads through calling prospective clients and follow-up on marketing-generated leads/ email campaigns on the data provided by the company.

  • Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.

  • Telephonic representation of the brand/ products before the customers.

  • Explaining the business products and answering the queries by telephonic conversation.

  • Do outbound telesales calls to potential B2B prospects and convince them.

  • Maintain data about the interactions with customers

  • Be professional and pleasant while interacting with clients/guests

  • Promotion opportunities in 6 months based on good performance by the candidates

  • Complete process training will be provided by the company free of charge

  • Preferably a graduate from any stream/ undergraduate also welcome.

  • Good English communication skills.
