Job Description

Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling

Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-generated lead lists or CRM systems.

Contact individuals or businesses to promote products or services.

Initiate conversations to understand customer needs and preferences.
2. Sales Conversion

Persuade prospects to purchase products or services by clearly explaining features, advantages, and benefits.

Handle customer questions and objections with patience and professionalism.
-
Close sales and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
3. Lead Generation and Follow-up
-
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or online inquiries.

Maintain a structured follow-up system for undecided prospects.

Identify new potential leads through phone research or database exploration.
4. Product Knowledge
-
Stay informed about the company’s offerings, promotions, and service features.
-
Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
-
Be able to clearly and confidently explain products or services over the phone.
5. CRM and Reporting
-
Accurately record customer details, call outcomes, and feedback in CRM systems or call logs.
-
Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports on sales performance and lead status.
-
Track progress against individual targets and team goals.
6. Customer Relationship Management
-
Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Deliver excellent service and maintain a polite and positive attitude during all interactions.

Address basic customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate department.
Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of computers and call center software.

Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or in-house systems (preferred).

Ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups daily.
Soft Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in English and/or regional languages.
-
Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.

Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or customer objections.

Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs quickly.

Good time management and organizational skills.
