Job Description
Position Summary
We are looking for a confident, result-driven, and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to inform them about our products or services and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule a meeting. This role involves building strong customer relationships, maintaining databases, and meeting daily or monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided leads or database.

Explain company offerings clearly and convincingly over the phone.

Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions or products.
2. Lead Generation & Sales Conversion

Generate interest and set up appointments or close sales during the call.

Follow up on previous interactions with potential customers.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Maintain a professional, friendly tone in all interactions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns effectively.
4. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer details accurately.

Update CRM systems or Excel sheets with call outcomes and customer status.

Submit daily/weekly performance reports to the team lead or manager.
Candidate Requirements
Education

Graduation
Experience

Prefer minimum experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or similar roles

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
