Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update Amazon and IndiaMART accounts daily.

Upload and maintain product listings, images, and pricing.

Monitor inquiries, leads, and messages, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Communicate with customers, share quotations, and convert inquiries into orders.

Track product performance, ratings, and customer feedback.

Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Stay updated with market rates and competitor pricing.

Suggest improvements in listing quality, descriptions, and visuals to boost visibility and sales.
Skills & Experience Required:
✅ Experience in managing Amazon Seller Central and IndiaMART portals.
✅ Strong knowledge of product listing, pricing, and online sales.
✅ Good communication and negotiation skills.
✅ Basic understanding of MS Excel, product cataloging, and photo uploads.
✅ Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
