Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on market conditions, prices, Loans and related matters. Serve as Property Consultant for Residential Projects: marketed properties for new tenants; conducted regular property inspections.
1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
3. Set up meetings with potential clients and provide consultation according to their requirement
4.Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
5.Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
6.Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
7.Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints and objections
Skills:
✅ Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
✅ Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.
✅ Basic computer knowledge & experience with CRM software (preferred).
✅ Proficiency in English and regional languages (as required).
