Job Description
Job Summary:
The Tele Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales opportunities through outbound calling, lead follow-up, and customer engagement over the phone. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by reaching out to potential clients, promoting products or services, understanding customer needs, and closing sales remotely.
Tele Sales Executives are often the first point of contact between the company and prospective customers. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, product knowledge, and the ability to handle rejections with professionalism.
This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, a strong customer focus, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Minimum Requirement:
- Good Communication Skills
- Good Problem-solving skills over the call
- High energy level
