Key Responsibilities:  Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner.  Assist customers with inquiries, product information, troubleshooting, or issue resolution.  Stay informed about products, services, and policies to provide accurate and helpful responses.  Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.  Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance scores.  Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.  Contribute to a positive team environment by offering feedback and participating in ongoing training.
