Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our Financial Super Market sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and promote our Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, and Mutual Fund products through outbound telecalling. You will connect with prospective clients, understand their financial needs, and educate them on the benefits of owning insurance policies and investment plans.
As a Tele Sales Executive, you will act as the frontline representative of our financial services, building trust and rapport over the phone to increase product penetration and contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Lead Generation

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads or databases.

Identify potential customers interested in Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, and Mutual Fund investments.

Understand customer profiles and financial needs to tailor your communication effectively.
2. Product Explanation and Education

Explain the features, benefits, and coverage details of Health Insurance policies, Motor Insurance plans, and Mutual Fund investments.

Simplify complex financial jargon to help customers understand the value and advantages.

Provide accurate and updated information about policy terms, premium amounts, claim procedures, and investment returns.
3. Lead Qualification and Conversion

Qualify leads by gauging interest, financial goals, and eligibility.

Convince customers about the importance of risk coverage and investment planning.

Schedule follow-up calls, meetings, or appointments for field sales agents or relationship managers if needed.

Close tele-sales directly where possible, ensuring all compliance and documentation procedures are followed.
4. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain a positive relationship with potential clients.

Address objections and concerns professionally, turning doubts into confidence.

Provide after-call support and follow-up to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
5. Data Entry and CRM Maintenance

Accurately log all calls, customer details, feedback, and sales in the company’s CRM system.

Update lead status regularly and track follow-ups.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call metrics and sales performance.
6. Compliance and Quality Standards

Adhere strictly to regulatory guidelines and company policies related to telemarketing and financial product sales.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer data responsibly.

Ensure all sales processes comply with legal requirements, including KYC (Know Your Customer) and documentation.
