Tele Sales Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement and Communication:

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential or existing clients, explaining the company’s products or services and addressing any queries they may have.

Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from clients, respond to inquiries, and offer relevant solutions.

Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings (either virtually or in person) with clients to understand their needs and provide product/service recommendations.

Follow-Up: Follow up with leads or clients to check on their satisfaction, remind them of pending offers, and encourage repeat business.
2. Sales and Business Development:

Sales Pitching: Present and pitch company offerings clearly and effectively to clients over the phone and during in-person meetings.

Lead Generation: Identify potential leads and nurture relationships to convert them into sales opportunities.

Quote and Invoicing: Prepare and send detailed quotations, ensuring accuracy in pricing, terms, and conditions. Send invoices as required.

Sales Goals: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding objectives.

Upselling/Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on client needs.
3. Client Relationship Management:

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

Client Satisfaction: Ensure that clients are satisfied with the products/services provided and resolve any issues they may encounter.

Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients after sales by answering questions, troubleshooting, and handling concerns.
4. Administrative Responsibilities:

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, quotations, invoices, and follow-ups in the CRM or database system.

Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, performance, and feedback to the sales manager.

Client Visits: If required, visit clients in person to strengthen relationships, discuss business needs, or resolve issues.
5. Market Research and Feedback:

Market Trends: Stay up to date on market trends, competitors’ offerings, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.

Feedback Collection: Collect client feedback and share insights with the team to improve products, services, or sales techniques.
