Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Sales Calling:

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to potential customers from provided databases or leads.

  • Introduce the company’s products or services clearly and confidently to prospects.

  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or solutions.

  • Follow pre-set scripts and customize messaging depending on the customer profile.

2. Lead Generation and Conversion:

  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria such as budget, interest level, and decision-making authority.

  • Convert leads into active customers through persuasive communication and relationship-building.

  • Track and update lead status in CRM systems regularly.

3. Target Achievement:

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance goals.

  • Maintain a high conversion rate from calls to successful sales.

  • Work on upselling and cross-selling additional products or services where relevant.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain a polite, professional, and courteous tone throughout all customer interactions.

  • Build rapport with clients to increase trust and improve chances of conversion.

  • Handle queries, objections, or concerns and resolve them with patience and professionalism.

5. Follow-up & Retention:

  • Follow up with leads who showed interest but did not convert immediately.

  • Maintain communication with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Send follow-up emails, WhatsApp messages, or SMS reminders as needed.

6. Reporting and Coordination:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls, leads, conversations, and outcomes in CRM tools or spreadsheets.

  • Share feedback and insights about customer behavior and objections with the sales team and management.

  • Collaborate with field sales teams, marketing, or customer service when necessary for client handovers or escalations.
