Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to leads, including those from website queries, to sell insurance products.
  • Sales & Target Achievement: Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Clearly explain ICICI Lombard's insurance product features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Build customer relationships by addressing queries and ensuring a superior customer experience through voice interactions.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all company compliance policies and call-related SLAs. 
Requirements and qualifications
  • Education: Intermediate, Graduate degree is required. Freshers are often welcome to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and convincing skills in both English and Hindi.
    • Strong sales-oriented mindset and persuasive communication abilities.
    • Computer literacy and good data management skills.
    • Flexibility for different shift timings.
  • Experience: Some positions may require 0-2+ years of experience, but freshers are often considered.
