Job Description

Responsibilities

Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to leads, including those from website queries, to sell insurance products.
Sales & Target Achievement: Convert leads into sales and achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Product Knowledge: Clearly explain ICICI Lombard's insurance product features and benefits to potential customers.
Customer Engagement: Build customer relationships by addressing queries and ensuring a superior customer experience through voice interactions.
Compliance: Adhere to all company compliance policies and call-related SLAs.

Requirements and qualifications

Education: Intermediate, Graduate degree is required. Freshers are often welcome to apply.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong sales-oriented mindset and persuasive communication abilities.
- Computer literacy and good data management skills.
- Flexibility for different shift timings.
Experience: Some positions may require 0-2+ years of experience, but freshers are often considered.
