Key Responsibilities
· Handle Calls: Manage both inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing customers.
· Promote Products/Services: Explain Financial Services features, current promotions, and company services to generate interest and encourage purchases.
· Lead Generation: Contact prospective clients to generate sales leads and follow up on existing prospects.
· Schedule Appointments: Arrange appointments for potential customers.
· Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
· Data Management: Accurately record details of customer interactions, update contact information, and maintain the CRM system.
· Achieve Targets: Strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, lead generation, and sales.
· Collaboration: Work closely with the teams to ensure a smooth customer handover and aligned strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills along with any regional Languages.
· Patience and Professionalism: Ability to handle objections and rejections calmly and professionally.
· Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
· Computer Literacy: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer applications.
· Experience: Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, and customer service is often preferred, though some fresher roles exist.
· Education: A high school diploma or Degree equivalent is typically required.
