Job Description
Utilize a blend of telephone solicitation, electronic correspondence, written communication, and in-person meetings to not only meet but surpass the budgeted sponsorship goals for each conference.
Conduct thorough research to identify and cultivate a robust list of potential sponsors for every conference, ensuring a diverse and engaged pool of partners.
Similarly, when necessary, develop a comprehensive list of potential exhibitors to enhance the conference experience.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with both current and prospective sponsorship clients and exhibitors, establishing a strong rapport and deepening engagement.
Maintain meticulous records of all interactions with clients, sponsors, and exhibitors, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the information.
Update and manage the company's Maximizer database in alignment with the information gathered during your interactions.
Facilitate the invoicing process for sponsors and exhibitors once mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
Collaborate on the creation of compelling promotional materials that effectively highlight sales opportunities and attract potential participants.
Stay well-versed in conference timelines and sponsorship deadlines, ensuring impeccable organizational and time management skills.
Delegate administrative tasks to assistants whenever feasible, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
Uphold a professional demeanor and act as a representative of Traicon at all times
