Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Sales Calls:

Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential or existing customers from provided leads or cold data.

Use scripts and product knowledge to effectively present the company’s offerings, explain features and benefits, and handle initial objections.

Persuade customers to purchase products or services using strong sales techniques while maintaining a friendly and respectful tone.

Accurately record details of calls, including the outcome and customer feedback, in the CRM or sales database.
2. Lead Generation and Conversion:

Identify sales opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-ups, and database mining.

Understand customer needs and offer suitable product or service recommendations.

Convert leads into customers by explaining how the product or service meets their needs.

Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions and nurture leads until they are ready to purchase.
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Provide accurate information to customers, resolving any issues or concerns they may have.

Guide customers through the buying process and ensure a smooth onboarding or handover to the appropriate team.
4. Sales Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain detailed records of interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on call volumes, conversion rates, and sales performance.

Share insights and feedback from customer interactions to help improve product offerings and sales strategies.
5. Product Knowledge and Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with company products, pricing, promotions, and market trends.

Attend product training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to improve sales techniques.

Continuously work on improving call quality, objection handling, and closing strategies.
