Position Overview
A Tele Sales Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential or existing customers via telephone to promote products or services, generate leads, close sales, and achieve assigned sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle rejection, and a confident, customer-friendly approach.
Working closely with the sales and marketing teams, the Tele Sales Executive plays a key role in increasing customer base, building brand awareness, and supporting business growth. Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Outreach & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the company’s database, leads list, or cold call campaigns.

Explain the features and benefits of the product or service in a clear, convincing manner.

Generate interest and identify opportunities for sales or further engagement.

Use scripts and prepared pitches effectively while adapting to each customer’s tone and needs.
2. Sales and Conversion

Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions or product offerings.

Handle objections or questions with patience and professionalism.

Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into confirmed sales.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the sales manager.
3. Database and CRM Management

Accurately update customer information and call details in the CRM or sales tracking system.

Maintain call logs, follow-up records, and sales pipeline data.

Ensure the database remains clean, up-to-date, and segmented for future campaigns.
4. Customer Relationship Management

Build rapport with customers through respectful and engaging conversation.

Provide after-sales support or follow-up on service-related concerns when required.

Escalate complex queries or complaints to the appropriate department.

Ensure a positive customer experience and uphold the company’s brand image.
5. Reporting and Feedback

Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly call and sales reports for review.

Share customer feedback and insights with the marketing or product team for continuous improvement.

Participate in team meetings and performance reviews to discuss achievements and challenges.
