Tele Sales Executive
Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our personal loan sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining the features and benefits of personal loan products, converting leads into sales, and maintaining ongoing client relationships.
This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a result-oriented mindset. It is a target-driven role ideal for individuals looking to build a career in the banking, financial services, or fintech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:

Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

Explain the features, eligibility criteria, and benefits of personal loans clearly and persuasively.

Follow a structured script or sales pitch while personalizing the conversation as per customer needs.

Answer customer queries related to loan products, interest rates, repayment tenure, and documentation.
2. Lead Conversion & Sales Closure:

Convince interested leads to proceed with the personal loan application.

Understand the customer’s financial requirements and offer the most suitable loan plan.

Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to application.

Follow up consistently with warm leads to close sales within expected timelines.
3. Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly and weekly sales targets for loan disbursements and revenue generation.

Maintain productivity standards such as number of calls per day, lead conversion, and application submissions.

Report daily performance metrics to the Team Leader/Sales Manager.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

Build a strong rapport with customers during and after the sales process.

Provide after-sales support by coordinating with back-end teams for document collection, verification, or issue resolution.

Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure repeat business or referrals.

Update customer details and interaction history in the CRM system.
5. Product Knowledge:

Stay updated with the latest features of personal loan products, interest rates, eligibility norms, and competitor offerings.

Understand risk and compliance guidelines related to loan products.

Attend training sessions and sales meetings as required by the organization.
6. Documentation Support:

Guide customers through the documentation process and eligibility checks.

Coordinate with internal operations teams for document collection and application processing.

Ensure complete and accurate submission of application forms and documents.

Excellent Communication: Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and/or local languages.
