Job Summary

A Telesales Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and close sales. This role involves strong communication skills, persuasive selling techniques, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable handling high call volumes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound & Inbound Sales Calls:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate sales.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries through calls, emails, or messages.
  • Handle inbound calls from customers and assist with their queries.

2. Sales & Lead Conversion:

  • Present and explain products or services to potential customers.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Persuade and negotiate effectively to close sales deals.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
  • Provide after-sales support and handle customer objections professionally.

4. Target Achievement & Performance Monitoring:

  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor and improve call conversion rates.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving sales processes.

5. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Record call details, sales conversions, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams for campaign alignment.
