Job Description
Our Company is a leading Insurance Consulting Firm based out of Delhi with over 15 years of experience. We work with corporate clients for their various insurance requirements.
- Acquire new customers, maintain a set of existing customers and generate additional business by cross-selling and building a good relationship with customers.
- The customer will be managed exclusively through telephone.
- Schedule appointments / generate leads with the authorized the person who looks after insurance in companies, industries, etc.
- Responsible for meeting monthly metrics, such as setting appointments, lead conversions and identifying new prospects.
- Submission of reports in the prescribed format.
- Co-ordinate with the marketing department.
- Excellent Customer Handling Skills
