Responsibilities include:
1. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
2. Explaining features of products and services to customers and business partners
3. Answering questions about products or the company
4. Asking questions to understand customer requirements
5. Directing prospects to the field sales team when needed
6. Entering and updating customer information in the database
7. Keeping records of calls and sales and noting useful information
8. Finding potential clients through cold calling, lead research, and networking to drive sales
Requirements:
1. Enthusiastic about transforming the field of education
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
3. Have excellent people skills and intuitive to clients' needs
4. Ready to work from the office
