WE ARE HIRING FOR TELE SUPPORT EXECUTIVE JOB
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:

Provide assistance to customers via telephone, email, or live chat for inquiries related to products, services, or account issues.

Resolve customer complaints, technical issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Offer product/service information, troubleshooting steps, and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Issue Resolution:

Identify the root cause of customer issues and provide clear instructions or solutions.

Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant department or supervisor.

Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
3. Product/Service Knowledge:

Stay updated with the latest products, services, and features offered by the company.

Provide accurate information on product specifications, pricing, and availability.

Guide customers on the usage of products or services and offer troubleshooting advice.
4. Data Entry and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.

Update customer information and case statuses in CRM systems or databases.

Ensure that all communications are logged properly for future reference and reporting.
5. Customer Retention and Satisfaction:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing personalized support.

Build strong relationships with customers by offering exceptional service and support.

Follow up with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
6. Technical Support (if applicable):

Assist customers with basic technical issues related to products or services (e.g., software installation, network connectivity).
