Responsibilities:
· Must have good communication skill (English Proficiency)
· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound calls & emails
· Emailing & phone calling customers with product/sales as required by reporting manager
· Understanding customer needs & requirements
· Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales funnel for further development & closure
· Maintain & expand your database of prospects
· Working closely with other team members as required or requested
· Customers follow up & inviting them for course demo
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling

Make outbound calls to potential customers from the database, leads list, or CRM.

Promote products/services by clearly explaining the features and benefits over the phone.

Follow a structured call script while also personalizing the conversation to suit the customer's profile.

Convert cold or warm leads into interested prospects through persuasive communication.
2. Inbound Call Handling
-
Answer incoming calls from prospective or existing customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, offers, or procedures.

Resolve customer inquiries or transfer calls to the appropriate department when necessary.

Record details of conversations for follow-up or data entry.
3. Lead Generation and Follow-up
-
Identify sales opportunities through conversation and qualify leads based on company criteria.

Schedule follow-up calls with interested customers and maintain a consistent follow-up cycle.

Pass qualified leads to the field sales or business development team, if applicable.

Maintain and update lead status in CRM or Excel records.
4. Customer Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through consistent follow-up and support.

Handle customer complaints or dissatisfaction tactfully and escalate serious issues to supervisors.

Collect feedback and suggestions from customers to improve products/services.

Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
5. Reporting and Coordination
-
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, responses, and outcomes.

Prepare daily call logs and share reports with the team leader or management.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support promotional campaigns.
-
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and conversion goals.
