Job Description

We are looking for Telecaling Executive for reputed Domestic BPO in Manjalpur Vadodara location.
Eligibility: Good with communication, for female Morning shift for male Evening shift.
Students are welcome. We provides good working environment skills  development of current employees. PF and mediclaim.
Shift adjustment for students. This work from office and permanent job.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound and Inbound Calls:

  • Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to prospective customers (cold calling) to introduce products/services, generate interest, and qualify leads for further follow-up by the sales team.

  • Customer Service: Handle inbound calls from existing or potential customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and helpful manner.

  • Sales Calls: Engage with customers to sell products, services, or special offers based on their needs, ensuring that calls are tailored to the customer’s requirements.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings for the sales team with qualified leads or interested customers.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers by delivering excellent service, providing updates on products/services, and addressing any issues they might have.

  • Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and maintain engagement for future opportunities.

  • Database Management: Update and maintain customer databases, ensuring that all details are accurate and up-to-date.

3. Product and Service Knowledge:

  • Product Promotion: Understand and promote the company’s products/services, highlighting key benefits and features tailored to the customer’s needs.

  • Training: Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers and handle inquiries.

4. Sales and Targets:

  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales or call targets (if applicable). This may include sales quotas, lead generation numbers, or other performance metrics.

  • Up-selling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to up-sell or cross-sell products or services during calls to increase revenue and enhance the customer experience.

  • Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and customer details, ensuring all sales activities are tracked appropriately in the CRM system.

5. Handling Objections and Problem Resolution:

  • Objection Handling: Address customer objections or concerns during calls with tact and professionalism, providing solutions to overcome hesitations or objections.

  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring the customer’s concerns are addressed, and they are satisfied with the resolution.

6. Reporting and Feedback:

  • Call Logs: Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and the outcomes of calls, ensuring accurate tracking for performance reviews.

  • Reporting: Provide feedback to management on customer insights, challenges, and market trends based on calls, helping shape future sales strategies or product improvements.
