We have urgent requirement of telecaller profile for one of the reputed company based on Azadpur, Delhi.
- Experience required for the Job: 4-5months minimum
- Annual Salary of the Job:1.50 - 2.7 Lacs
- Job Location: Azadpur, New Delhi. (Head Office)
Following is the Job Description:-
- make cold calling
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and make calls in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Qualification & Skills:-
- 10- 12th
- 2- Must have a minimum of 4 months experience in telecalling profile or can fresher.
