Job Description: We are hiring Telecaller for our banking process team focused on investment and loan services. The role involves calling potential and existing customers to provide information about banking products such as personal loans, business loans, and investment plans, and assisting with the application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls related to loans and investment products.

• Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.

• Guide customers through the documentation and verification process.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

• Ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards set by the bank.

• Achieve daily and monthly call targets and conversions.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.

• Good communication skills in English, Kannada and Hindi plus any regional Languages.

• Basic knowledge of banking and financial services.

• Prior telecalling or BPO experience in banking is an advantage.
