A Telecaller / Call Center Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to assist customers, promote products or services, and resolve inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Support:
- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to generate leads or sales.
- Handle inbound calls to address customer queries, complaints, and support requests.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
2. Sales & Lead Conversion (for Telemarketing roles):
- Persuade customers to purchase products or services.
- Follow up with potential leads to convert them into sales.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers to enhance repeat business.
3. Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain customer records and update databases with call details.
- Record feedback and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
- Prepare reports on daily, weekly, and monthly call performance.
4. Compliance & Professionalism:
- Adhere to company call scripts and guidelines.
- Follow quality assurance and customer service standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company policies.
