Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller / Calling Executive to join our coaching institute's admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential students (or parents), explaining our course offerings, and assisting in the admissions process.
Responsibilities:-
Call and follow up with prospective students from our database.

Explain the features and benefits of our coaching programs (e.g., JEE/NEET etc.).

Understand the student’s needs and guide them to the right course.

Schedule counseling sessions or demo classes with academic counselors.

Maintain call logs and update CRM with responses and feedback.

Follow up on inquiries and ensure high conversion rates.

Handle basic queries related to batch timings, fees, etc.

0–2 years of experience in telecalling or customer support (Freshers welcome).

Good communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).

Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM tools).

Confident, polite, and target-oriented.

Previous experience in the education or EdTech sector is an added advantage.
