Job Description
Work :
- Calling and receiving candidates calls & enquiries.
- Registration of candidates on arrival.
- general office duties.
Requirements :
- Fresher, Minimum class 12th .
- No experience required.
- Good in Hindi and Marathi language.
- Working knowledge of English.
- Male or Female. Between (18 to 30 years).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Telecalling Duties:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.

Respond to incoming customer calls with professionalism and accurate information.

Follow up on inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, social media, website forms, or referrals.

Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, responses, and follow-ups in the CRM or lead management system.

Answer questions about the company’s offerings and guide customers through the sales or service process.

Coordinate with the sales or customer service teams to arrange meetings, product demos, or site visits.

Handle basic customer complaints or escalate complex issues to relevant departments.
2. Office Assistance & Administrative Support:

Manage incoming and outgoing office correspondence, emails, and courier packages.

Maintain office files and records in both digital and physical formats.
-
Perform data entry tasks including updating databases, customer records, and sales trackers.

Assist with day-to-day office operations such as printing, scanning, filing, and record keeping.

Provide support for staff meetings, including scheduling appointments, preparing agendas, and arranging logistics.

Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure stock availability.

Greet visitors, answer phones, and manage front desk reception duties when required.
3. Coordination & Internal Support:

Assist senior management or the sales team in coordinating with clients, vendors, and service providers.

Prepare simple reports, letters, or documentation as instructed.

Support other departments with clerical tasks and maintain clear communication between teams.

Assist in organizing events, interviews, or promotional activities when required.
