Job Title: Telecaller - Customer Service (English + Japanese)
Company: Kserve BPO | Location: Thane West, Maharashtra
Work Mode: Onsite | Shift: 06:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon–Fri) | Weekends Off
Kserve BPO is hiring for Telecaller – Customer Service with proficiency in English and Japanese. Responsibilities include handling inbound/outbound calls, responding to emails/chats, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate records while delivering excellent customer service to international clients.
Requirements:
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
Language: Japanese (N1/N2) & Fluent English
Age: 18–35
Experience: Fresher or 1+ year in international BPO (voice/chat/email)
Skills: Strong communication, customer-focused, team player
Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month (based on skills & experience)
Preferred: Male candidates with Japanese proficiency & BPO background
Interview Mode: Telephonic | Mon–Fri | 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
