Overview:
Metropolis Healthcare is seeking enthusiastic Telecallers to handle customer service and appointment booking. The role requires excellent communication skills to interact with patients, provide accurate information, and ensure seamless appointment scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls for appointment booking.
Provide detailed information about healthcare services and test packages.
Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
Coordinate with internal departments to confirm appointments.
Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all interactions.
Follow call scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

Qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate (any stream).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Prior experience in telecalling/customer service preferred (healthcare sector experience is a plus).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
