We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller / Customer Support Executive to support the sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction for our organization. The ideal candidate will connect with clients, resolve queries, promote products/services, and deliver a seamless customer experience over calls.

The ideal candidate will connect with clients, resolve queries, promote products/services, and deliver a seamless customer experience over calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact existing and potential clients to inform them about products and services.
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer suitable solutions.
Understand client needs and work toward closing sales where applicable.
Maintain and update customer information accurately in the database.
Process customer orders and conduct timely follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
Meet assigned targets, whether sales-driven or service quality KPIs.
Record all interactions, feedback, and critical customer details systematically.

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or a similar role.
Proven ability to meet or exceed assigned KPIs.
Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools/software.
Strong communication skills in English.
Knowledge of additional languages (such as Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, etc.) will be considered a plus point.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
