Job Description

Job Title: Customer Support Executive/Tele Caller
Exp- 2-5 yrs

Responsibilities:

Responsibility involves responding to customer queries and following-up with Clients. Response to customer queries will be mostly be in the form of mails (80%), but may involve voice support as well (20%).
Closure of customer complaints according to laid-out policies and timelines
Passing feedback/insights from customers to the product team as a part of continued business development

Requirements:

Experience and passion in customer care operations - written and voice (1 to 2 years of experience preferred)
Fluency in English is a must
Functional knowledge of MS Office
Graduate
