RaidMAX Technologies is one of the Leading International BPO in Dunlop Location. We are hiring for BPO Executive for our US Shift.
Position - CCE/ Sr.CCE/ Supervisor
Age - 18 to 35
Salary - Negotiable
Shift Timing - 9.45pm to 5.30am(Fixed Night Shift)
Experience - Fresher or Experience in Outbound Process(Technical Support)
Responsibilities and Duties
- Have to make outbound calls and provide services to the customers related to our product and services
- Must be ready to work in a Night shift
- Must be convenient in Outbound Voice Process(International)
- Ready to work in a team
- Ready to join immediately
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Must be good in English communication
- Must have positive attitude
- Must be outspoken and love to talk to people
- Basic computer knowledge
