Job Title: Telecaller Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller Executive to join our team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential or existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, resolve queries, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to manage high call volumes efficiently.


Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
2. Explain products or services and answer questions from potential  customers.
3. Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during calls.
4. Update customer information and call details accurately in the database.
5. Follow up on leads generated through various.
6. Coordination & Conversion for Site Visit of Followup Clients.
