Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecaller Executive to join our team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers, introduce products or services, answer queries, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate call records. The role may also include handling inbound calls, providing support, or collecting feedback depending on the organization's needs.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking on the phone, possess good interpersonal and persuasive skills, and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Experience in telesales, customer support, or lead generation will be an advantage, although training may be provided for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling

Make a targeted number of outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.

Contact individuals from the provided database or through leads generated by the sales or marketing team.

Promote the company’s products or services, explain features, and highlight benefits clearly and confidently.

Convince potential customers to book appointments, purchase products, or provide contact information for follow-up.
2. Inbound Call Handling

Answer incoming calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries.

Provide information about services, pricing, policies, or offers.

Redirect calls to appropriate departments when required.
3. Lead Generation and Follow-Up

Qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria (e.g., interest level, budget, timing).

Schedule appointments or demos for field executives or senior sales staff.

Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships and convert interest into sales or registrations.
4. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain good relationships with current and prospective customers.

Address customer concerns or complaints with patience and empathy.

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
5. Data Entry and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, responses, and follow-up details.

Enter lead data into CRM software or Excel sheets as required.

Share daily call reports, lead conversion status, and feedback with supervisors.
6. Target Achievement

Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to meet business objectives.

Actively participate in performance reviews and improvement sessions.
