Job Description
Qualification:- 10th, 12th & Undergraduate
Fresher & Experience both
Salary 10K - 20K as per interview & experience
Job Location:- Noida Sector 11
Hindi Language Required
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling and Lead Generation:
-
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers based on provided leads or target lists.

Introduce products or services to potential clients and provide them with relevant information to generate interest.

Qualify leads by understanding their needs and gathering essential details to forward to the appropriate sales teams.

Set up appointments or callbacks with the interested prospects.
2. Sales and Conversion:

Actively promote and sell the company's products and services over the phone.

Encourage potential customers to make purchases, and upsell or cross-sell products when applicable.

Close sales on the phone by converting leads into actual customers.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the team or management.
3. Customer Support and Follow-up:

Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions.

Handle customer complaints or objections professionally and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.

Follow up on previous interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Maintain regular communication with customers for feedback and offer post-sale support.
4. Maintain Accurate Records:

Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transaction details into the CRM system or database.

Track leads and update customer status in the system regularly.

Provide detailed reports of calls made, sales achieved, and follow-up requirements for each customer.
5. Communication and Collaboration:

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that targets and goals are being met.

Communicate effectively with team members to discuss new sales strategies and provide input on customer feedback.

Work with the management team to develop scripts or materials for better customer interaction.
6. Reporting:

Report daily and weekly progress to supervisors regarding sales goals, call volume, and customer feedback.

Analyze call statistics and help improve efficiency and outcomes through team meetings and feedback sessions.
7. Product Knowledge and Training:

Stay updated on company products and services to ensure accurate communication with customers.

Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills.
